Baked Balsamic Chicken4 servings

- 4 chicken breast halves, bone in
- 1/4 cup Cucina Black Currant Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Cucina Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Cucina Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Cucina Ground Black Peppercorns
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Arrange chicken bone side down in 9x13 inch glass or ceramic baking dish.
- Pour vinegar over chicken and then sprinkle evenly with the oil, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Bake until juices run clear (approximately 40 minutes depending on size), basting halfway through.
- Serve chicken with juices spooned over.
