Steak Marinade 4 servings

  • 1 cup Cucina Barnea Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Cucina Sherry Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • Cucina Black Peppercorns, coarsely ground
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  1. Place all ingredients in glass screw-top jar and shake vigorously.
  2. Arrange meat in shallow glass dish and pierce with fork.
  3. Pour marinade over meat and turn to coat.
  4. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning meat occasionally.
  5. Remove meat from marinade and pat dry.
  6. Cook steak to desired doneness.
