Steak Marinade 4 servings

- 1 cup Cucina Barnea Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Cucina Sherry Wine Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- Cucina Black Peppercorns, coarsely ground
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Place all ingredients in glass screw-top jar and shake vigorously.
- Arrange meat in shallow glass dish and pierce with fork.
- Pour marinade over meat and turn to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning meat occasionally.
- Remove meat from marinade and pat dry.
- Cook steak to desired doneness.
