Lemon Garlic Pasta

- 8 oz. your favorite Cucina pasta
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/4 c. Cucina Lemon Olive Oil
- 2 tsp. butter
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. grated lemon zest
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- Cucina Sea Salt and Ground Black Peppercorns to taste
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions.
- Drain and return to the hot pot.
- In a small pan, heat the Olive Oil, butter and garlic for 1 minute.
- Add to pasta along with the parsley, lemon juice and lemon zest.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss well to combine and serve.
