Feta and Basil Olive Oil Pasta Serves 6

- 1 lb your favorite Cucina pasta
- 1/4 cup of feta, crumbled or cubed
- 1/2 cup basil chopped
- 4 Tablespoons Cucina Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Cucina Sea Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook pasta according to directions in lightly salted water.
- While pasta is cooking, combine feta, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
- Toss with pasta and serve at room temperature or as a cold pasta salad.
