Creamy Greek Salad Dressing6-8 servings

- 1/2 cup Cucina Nocellara Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Cucina Sherry Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced fine
- 1 teaspoon dried Mediterranean oregano
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- Cucina Sea Salt & Ground Black Peppercorns to taste
- 3/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- In a blender or food processor, mix all ingredients except buttermilk for one minute.
- With the blender running, slowly pour in the buttermilk and blend until thick and creamy (stop blending as soon as the dressing thickens).
- Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
- Refrigerate, tightly covered. Dressing stays fresh for 3-4 days.
