Creamy Greek Salad Dressing6-8 servings

  • 1/2 cup Cucina Nocellara Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Cucina Sherry Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced fine
  • 1 teaspoon dried Mediterranean oregano
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • Cucina Sea Salt & Ground Black Peppercorns to taste
  • 3/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  1. In a blender or food processor, mix all ingredients except buttermilk for one minute.
  2. With the blender running, slowly pour in the buttermilk and blend until thick and creamy (stop blending as soon as the dressing thickens).
  3. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
  4. Refrigerate, tightly covered. Dressing stays fresh for 3-4 days.
