Lemon Garlic Hummus3 servings

- 1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas, drained
- 1 lemon, juice of (about 1/4 cup)
- 1/4 cup Cucina Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Chill in a covered container.
- Garnish with parsley.
- Serve with pitas or as a veggie dip.
