Lemon Garlic Hummus3 servings

  • 1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas, drained
  • 1 lemon, juice of (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup Cucina Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  1. Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Chill in a covered container.
  3. Garnish with parsley.
  4. Serve with pitas or as a veggie dip.
