Its best to store your Cucina Olive Oil in a cool, dark place such as your pantry. Never refrigerate your olive oil as it can cause condensation in the bottle, turning it rancid. Always remember to keep it away from the stove and light.

How long will my olive oils and vinegars last?

With proper storage, olive oil will last 9 months and vinegar will last 3-5 years.

Can olive oil be used as a substitute in recipes?

Yes. Olive oil can replace butter in any recipe. Simply follow the conversion chart on the recipe pages of our website (also available in-store).

Is Cucina Olive Oil "First Cold Pressed?"

All of our oils are First Cold Pressed. First cold press is a chemical-free process using only pressure, producing a higher quality of olive oil which is naturally lower in acidity.
